返品・交換
Please be advised that all items are unique and one-of-a-kind; accordingly, exchanges or returns cannot be accommodated.
Should you wish to request a return, you must first contact us at customercarews@wamono-store.com within five (5) business days of receipt of the item.
Return of the item will only be requested upon our determination that the return is eligible. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect its condition, and a refund will be issued solely if the item is found to be in satisfactory condition, as determined by WAMONO STORE.
