About shipping costs

This website (hereinafter, "our store") delivers to anywhere in Japan for a flat rate of 1,500 yen. For overseas shipping, the shipping fee is 9,500 yen for all countries and regions within the shipping area.

 

About shipping methods

The shipping method will be specified by our store, and in principle, customers cannot choose the shipping method.

 

About delivery times

We will ship within 5 business days of your order.
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note this in advance.

 

About damage during shipping

When packing, we will take great care to prepare for shipping so that the outer box will not be scratched or dented, but there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after delivery to the delivery company due to some kind of trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit may be acceptable.
