Is gift delivery available?

We are very sorry, but we do not offer gift packaging or delivery.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit card payments, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed, so please be sure to check when placing your order.

When will my item arrive?

Delivery will vary depending on the delivery address, but orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I choose the delivery company?

For shipments outside of Japan, we mainly use UPS/EMS.

Can I specify the delivery date and time of the product?

For products that are in stock, you can select your order from the 5th business day after the order date.
However, please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times for products delivered by Yamato DM Mail.

When will the product be shipped?

After payment is completed, we will ship your order within 3 business days after verifying your details.
If a delivery date is specified, the item will be shipped approximately 1-3 days before the desired arrival date, depending on the region.

Are there any precautions to take when handling Raku ware tea bowls?

Raku ware tea bowls are made using traditional methods that have been used for about 450 years. Due to the nature of the pieces, there is a possibility of water leakage when left with tea (or any liquid) in it for several hours, and changes such as discoloration and cracking may occur over time.
